Copyright and Licensing Policy

Manuscript content is licensed under creative commons licenses. That is, articles may be distributed under a specified license (e.g., Creative Commons). Authors retain copyright but grant the journal the right to publish.  Authors that may wish to insert figures and tables already used by some other publishers (authors) are required to obtain permission from the original owner for both print and online papers. For retraction and Corrections of articles, the journal reserves the right to: retract published articles in cases of misconduct and issue corrections or errata when necessary. Concerning archiving and preservation, published articles are archived to ensure long-term accessibility and preservation. Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a formal request with justification. Complaints will be handled transparently and fairly.
